100% of the diet of our grass-fed beef and lamb consists of freshly grazed pasture and stored grasses (hay or grass silage.) Free-choice minerals and clean water are available at all times.

Hormones or steroids are never administered to our animals.

* The constant movement of animals to fresh clean grass eliminates the need for sub therapeutic (daily fed low level dose) medications that are commonly used in confinement production systems. However, in certain cases to prevent animals from death or suffering we do allow for limited use of therapeutic (spot treatment) medication. In such cases the prescribed withdrawal period is doubled before animals are ever harvested. We feel that this exception is only practical to ensure wise stewardship practices and ethical treatment of our livestock.

All of our animals are raised without ever receiving genetically modified organisms such as GMO corn or soybeans. All of our products are GMO-free.

Farming in South Florida allows us to raise animals on open pasture year-round without ever having to use stationary winter housing! Peak poultry meat production follow the vegetable growing season (October-April) while our temperatures are ideal.

Does not contain gluten which is a substance present in cereal grains, especially wheat, that is responsible for the elastic texture of dough. A mixture of two proteins, it causes illness in people with celiac disease. All of our products are naturally gluten free, but the products labeled with the "gluten free" protocol are the ones folks tend to have questions about.

All of our products are processed without added MSG.

Processed without added synthetic Nitrites or Nitrate. All of our products are free of synthetic Nitrites and Nitrates, but the products labeled with the "Nitrite/Nitrate Free" protocol are the ones folks tend to have questions about.
