We have removed the backbone and Spatchcocked this bird for you! This makes cooking times quicker and more even throughout the meat. Great in the oven, even better on the grill! 

Our birds are never sprayed or soaked in a chlorine bath!These birds are raised on clean, tender, Florida grasses, and moved every single day to a new fresh area. Fed a flame roasted Non-GMO grain, grown and milled in South Georgia by S&M Feed. This bird was raised how chickens are meant to live: outside, on grass, with room to forage.
