This heritage hog is forest raised to perfection! All of our pork products come from our friends at Shady Waller Farm in Arcadia, Florida. Their pigs are raised in rotated shaded forests, and given no antibiotics or hormones. They eat a natural omnivores diet of Non GMO Grains, local and seasonal tree nuts, and vegetation.
