Beef will take up approximately 4 cubic feet of freezer space.
Our beef comes from Florida Cracker Cattle that are raised here at Grove Ladder Farm & Blue Head Ranch in Highlands County. Blue Head Ranch raises the same Florida Cracker Cattle breed, in a daily rotation to fresh pasture paddocks just on a much bigger scale! Neither of our farms use any synthetic fertilizers, or herbicides on our properties. Nor do either of our farms worm the cattle, supplement with the common molasses, salt licks, grain by-products, or use any growth hormones/antibiotics.
The beef you get from our farm is as close to historically normal Florida beef that you will find anywhere in the state.
